Answer

If a test setting is available you can contact our support directly. Otherwise first contact your dealer or distributor.

IMPORTANT

If you have bought a used IGEL Thin Client (outside the warranty period) via an Internet auction or similar, IGEL Technology cannot guarantee any first and second level support. In such cases you should directly contact the seller of the device. For warranty reasons IGEL Technology will also not provide any instructions or support for the technical manipulation of the products above and beyond the defined product properties.
