AND THE IGEL TESLA WINNER IS…..

Jed and Tesla Winner for IGEL Press

Robert Butler, Senior Systems Analyst for Retail Business Services, an Ahold-Delhaize company, is the winner of our first ever IGEL Tesla Sweepstakes! The lucky guy won the Tesla Model S P100D, the culmination of a global promotion that began in February, and was sponsored by IGEL, Samsung and AMD.

Our winner’s announcement caps a spectacular week at VMworld US 2017 where IGEL continues to awe partners and customers with our endpoint security and optimization software that accelerates transitioning out-of-date desktops into modern, virtually driven endpoints, available on any 64-bit, x86-based device.

The Sweepstakes team had a great time shepherding the promotion throughout the year, and around the globe. IT decision makers entered their names at more than 200 qualifying events after taking a brief survey. We give a special thumbs up to Greg Spence, senior business development manager, cloud solutions, Samsung Electronics; Ralph Gonzalez, worldwide endpoint segment manager, AMD Enterprise Solutions; Mike Schumacher, president for Lakeside Software, and our own Douglas Brown, IGEL’s global technology evangelist. Joining the fun last night was Sumit Dhawan, SVP and GM for VMware EUC.

IGEL chose a Tesla as our Sweepstakes prize because we are a great fit: the world’s fastest, smartest, software driven car meets the world’s fastest, smart, secure endpoint software!
